Brian joined Melick & Porter's Boston office as an attorney in 2012. He focuses his practice on defending individual and corporate clients in complex civil litigation matters including general liability, professional liability, product liability, entertainment and sports litigation, and construction litigation.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Brian worked as a paralegal full-time for Melick & Porter while attending law school. He also participated in the summer internship program at the Barnstable County District Attorney’s Office. While attending law school, Brian was an Editor on the New England Law Review. He published a Note in the New England Law Review on government tracking of individuals through cellular devices and potential Fourth Amendment implications. 

Brian is an Associate Board Member for the Boston Chapter of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation, a member of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, and a member of The CLM.

When away from the office, Brian enjoys playing ice hockey, skiing, and spending time with his family on Cape Cod.
