Erinn earned her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law and was admitted in Massachusetts in 2014. While attending law school, Erinn worked full-time as a paralegal for Melick & Porter, supporting multiple practice groups, including premises liability, professional liability, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation. As an associate, Erinn's practice focuses on a wide variety of matters, including product liability, premises liability, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and employment litigation.

Erinn is involved in Discovery Justice: Stand Up for Your Rights, a program designed to teach inner city students about issues associated with constitutional civil rights. The semester-long program prepares students for a mock civil trial on a constitutional issue, held at the Moakley Federal Courthouse. Erinn is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and volunteers as a judge for their high school mock trial competition.  Erinn also serves as an Associate Board Member of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation's Boston Chapter.

Outside of the office, Erinn is actively involved in the Jimmy Fund, traveling, and spending time with family. She recently completed the Pan Mass Challenge, a 192 mile bike ride through Massachusetts to raise money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
