Andre focuses his practice on insurance coverage and appellate matters.  Prior to joining Melick, Porter & Shea, LLP, Andre worked at the firm of Parker, Coulter, Daley & White where he was a member of the firm’s appellate department.  He argued numerous appeals and developed expertise in tort law, product liability and insurance law.

Andre has written a book entitled Liability Insurance Law in Massachusetts, which was published by Lawyers Weekly, Inc. in 2002.  He also co-wrote a chapter on product liability for the Massachusetts Tort Law Manual published by MCLE in 1999.

Andre is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
