Debra concentrates her practice in the fields of insurance defense and litigation. 

During law school, Debra served as a legal assistant to the Kennedy for President campaign and participated in the D.C. Law Students in Court program. 

After graduating from law school, Debra opened her own law practice in Dallas , TX , concentrating in the fields of criminal defense and child welfare law. She moved to Massachusetts in 1989 and began practicing in the field of insurance defense law. 

Debra is admitted to practice in the State of Texas , the United States District Court for the District of Eastern Texas, the District of Columbia , the Commonwealth of Massachusetts , and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
