Donna is a seasoned trial lawyer and member of our Health Care Practice Group.  She concentrates her practice on the defense of medical and dental providers in professional liability and Board of Registration matters.  Donna defends healthcare professionals facing investigation, discipline and possible sanction in regulatory and insurance matters.  She also counsels individuals and practices regarding employment, risk management, quality assurance, and compliance concerns. 

Prior to joining Melick, Porter & Shea, LLP, Donna worked in a small Boston law firm concentrating on defending cases throughout all stages of medical malpractice litigation.  Donna also worked reviewing and grading bar examinations for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Donna is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
