Bob concentrates his practice in the defense of health care professionals.  He has successfully tried cases involving allegations of professional liability, general liability and employment related matters before juries at both the State and Federal Court levels and has defended clients at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and before the Boards of Registration in both Medicine and Nursing.  He has also represented his clients in matters regarding the legal and ethical issues posed by end-of-life medical situations.

Bob has made numerous presentations on medical, ethical and employment related legal issues.  He has also assisted clients in the drafting and overview of ethics policies, personnel policies and employment handbooks.  He regularly consults with clients on day-to-day employment issues.
