Vincent joined Melick, Porter & Shea, LLP in 2006 with nearly twenty years of diverse trial experience in Massachusetts and New Hampshire .  He continues his advocacy for healthcare professionals in civil, criminal and administrative matters.  He routinely appears in the state and federal courts, before the Boards of Registration, at insurance investigations and credentialing hearings, as well as in investigations of alleged billing, medication and reimbursement improprieties.

After graduating from law school in 1987, Vincent joined the Suffolk County District Attorneys Office where over the course of seven years he tried all types of criminal cases in the District and Superior Courts.  In 1994, Vincent joined the law firm of Dunn and Dunn where his practice focused on the defense of healthcare professionals, practices and institutions in actions before the state and federal courts, as well as before their overseeing administrative boards, agencies and commissions.  Before attending law school, Vincent spent three years as a commercial fisherman and oil field worker in Alaska.
