Bill focuses his practice on a wide variety of insurance defense matters, primarily concentrating in civil litigation defense, construction litigation, and recreational litigation.  His practice has earned him recognition by his peers as a “Massachusetts Super Lawyer”.

During law school, Bill gained trial experience as a student prosecutor with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.  He was also employed as a legislative research assistant at the State House in Boston.

Bill provides pro bono legal services for the guests at St. Francis House, a day shelter for the homeless. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Literacy Volunteers of Massachusetts, a state-wide nonprofit organization that trains volunteers to provide free, private, individualized tutoring in basic reading and writing to adults. In 2001, Bill was appointed by the Town of Southboro Selectman as an alternate member of its Zoning Board of Appeals.

Bill is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
