Our employment team is often retained to defend employers and executives in a diverse variety of cases, including claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Our attorneys represent employers in employment claims before federal and state lower and appeals courts and administrative agencies, such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

The firm has developed effective defenses, not only to single-plaintiff litigation, but also to class actions and administrative agency maintained actions. We also serve as national coordinating counsel for one the largest professional employer organizations in the country.
