Benjamin is an Associate in Melick & Porter’s Boston office.
Benjamin graduated 4th in his class, magna cum laude from Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. While in law school, he earned book awards for receiving the highest grade in: Civil Procedure I, Contracts I, Property II, Mediation, Supreme Court Session in Review, and Remedies. He participated in Barry Law's Trial Team, competing in multiple national mock trial competitions. Benjamin was also Associate Editor (2018) and Symposium/Lead Articles Editor (2019) for the Barry Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree in Communication Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University in Southwest Florida.
Prior to joining Melick & Porter, Benjamin gained valuable litigation experience with a prominent insurance defense firm in Florida where he zealously represented business owners, motorists, property owners and insurance companies in a variety of claims. Outside of the office Benjamin enjoys exploring the city, reading, and spending time with his family and their cat.
