Dos Urbanski has been with Melick & Porter since 2002 and has represented clients in all state and federal courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as before the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He has broad experience in a number of litigation areas with cases involving employment and professional liability issues, along with commercial and general liability matters. However, product liability and high volume, multi-jurisdictional, toxic tort litigation are his special areas of concentration.
His prior experience as a law clerk to the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court as well as his work with the Special Investigations Unit of both Netherlands and Safety Insurance Companies continue to produce dividends for the firm’s clients in his ability to build a defense from the earliest stages through trial.
Away from the office, Dos is involved in community theater and oral history projects.
