Marissa is an Associate in Melick & Porter's Boston Office. Her practice focuses primarily on defense of civil matters involving general liability, premises liability, construction law, recreational liability, and transportation law.
Marissa graduated from Endicott College with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. During college, she participated in a semester-long internship with the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C. Following graduation, she worked at the Wrentham District Court.
Marissa attended law school at New England Law | Boston while working for Melick & Porter as a litigation paralegal. At New England Law, Marissa was in the Sandra Day O'Connor Honors Program and earned several New England Scholar Awards, as well as a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Torts. Marissa was also an Executive Articles Editor for the New England Law Review.
