And the Defense Wins! Bill Keville Successfully Defends Premises Liability Lawsuit

Following on the heels of his January victory, Bill Keville has obtained another defense verdict in a negligence/premises liability action in Suffolk Superior Court. In the most recent case, the plaintiff fell while exiting from her doctor’s office due to an alleged defect in the stairway and landing area. The plaintiff fractured her elbow in three places, requiring surgery and arthroplasty. Marshaling photographic and testimonial evidence, Bill effectively presented the case and obtained a swift jury verdict for the three defendants.
