Erin Alarcon Authors Wage and Hour Chapter

Erin J.M. Alarcon authored a chapter regarding New Hampshire’s wage and hour laws in the ABA’s most recent publication of its 50 State Wage and Hour Law Cumulative Summary. The ABA published and released the 2012 Cumulative Summary in December 2013. Erin also previously authored the New Hampshire chapter in the ABA’s full 2010 50 State Wage and Hour Law treatise, as well as the 2011 Cumulative Summary, and co-authored the Massachusetts chapter of the 2008 and 2009 Cumulative Summaries. The ABA’s 50 State Wage and Hour Lawtreatise includes a review of the most current state statutes and regulations and recent case law regarding wage and hour laws in each state.
