Holly has over ten years of experience handling sophisticated and complex litigation matters on behalf of corporate clients. As General Counsel of ReGen Capital, Holly managed hundreds of litigation and transactional matters nationwide. Holly also served as Associate General Counsel at DOAR Litigation Consulting where she provided consulting services to prominent law firms, corporations, financial services and investment firms in defense of federal, state and regulatory matters. Holly has authored and published articles in the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and the Real Estate Finance Journal.
