On September 16, 2016, Bill Keville was a featured speaker at the Mass Bar Educates seminar “Settlements Post-DiCarlo and Martin.” The seminar included a discussion of the Curry case, settlement hearings post-Curry and the practical ramifications of DiCarlo and Martin on settlements from the perspectives of plaintiffs and defendants. Bill is the Trial Practice Chair of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and was recently quoted in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly on the impact of the DiCarlo decision.
