On September 27, 2018, Bob Powers was invited to speak at Eastern Insurance Group. Drawing on over fifty years of combined E&O defense experience, Bob spoke about the duties and obligations of insurance agents and brokers. In morning and afternoon sessions, he discussed important E&O case law and the lessons to be learned. Helpful risk management tips were shared, and questions were answered. A similar program will be presented at the MAIA’s “The Big Event 2018” on Friday, October 26, and Saturday, October 27. “The Big Event” is the Annual Conference and Trade Show of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents.
